We are NOT a non-profit organization; we are however a very DRAFT HORSE LOVING ranch and will take in your draft horse if you can't care for them any longer.  If they have serious medical issues we might not be able to help, it just depends on what is it, we may then direct you to a non-profit rescue.

The reason we will only take on drafts is obvious; size does matter when it comes to the pecking order and drafts can do a lot of damage when kicking.  

We will look for a permanent loving home for our rescues eventually, so if you see any on our site please enquire.

We have 4 PMU mares onsite, 2 Belgains and 2 Percherons.

We do have a very gentle  Belgain stud on premises but we rotate him off pasture if there are other horses we do not want bred out there so they all get the benefit of a good grassy pasture.  Our stud was raised by our mares so he knows what is expected of him there.  He is going to be up for breeding also if you are interested.

We do need hay of course so if you have any in this area and would like to donate to help us that is GREAT. 

We buy bulk feed from Wingo Feed in Sulphur Springs, Texas, it is fresh and so much easier than bag feed.  Our horses are all fed once daily unless they need more.
